Coursework provides a basic foundation for understanding the U.S. political and economic systems, and an introduction to social justice issues (10–11 units).
All courses fulfill GE requirements (for Social & Behavioral Science, Area 4); thus any student, regardless of their major, would be eligible to earn the Democracy Institute badge.
